Jedd has formerly worked with Champneys, the Dorchester, Penny Hill Park and One Aldwych, amongst others.

Laura Wardle
Qualified Reflexologist, Reiki I, II and Indian head masseur.

Laura Wardle qualified as a Reflexologist in 2000. She is a full Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and thereby adheres to their strict code of practice and ethics. She has extensive experience working in corporate, clinic and hospital settings.

Lucy Green
B.Sc.(Ost.Hons)Med.Do,ND, BUPA registered.

Member of the General Osteopathic council and British Osteopathic Association, graduated in 1999 from the British College of Osteopathy.

Lucy has worked in several busy practises treating a wide range of complaints, on people of all ages from birth onwards, gaining a vast experience in holistic treatment. Lucy uses a range of Osteopathic techniques inc. massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation and cranial Osteopathy.

Will Fisher
Qualified in Thai massage, LaStone Therapy massage, Aromatherapist and Swedish massage

After extensively travelling the world he was always looking forward to experiencing any types of holistic treatments. When he visited Bangkok he was so impressed with the Thai Massage that he decided to study the traditional Thai massage in the famous Wat Pho temple in BKK. He attends many workshops in the UK and Thailand. He also holds a Diploma of Aromatherapy, LaStone Therapy massage, Thai massage and Swedish Body Massage. Member of BABTAC

Joan Bush
IFA Qualified Aromatherapist has also an ITEC Diploma in Holistic massage, Pregnancy massage and Reflexology and Reiki. She is also a member of International Federation of Aromatherapy.

Joan practiced Swedish massage over many years, before qualifying to the rigorous standards of the International Federation of Aromatherapy. In addition to her on-going passion for a holistic lifestyle, including Reiki, yoga and meditation, she is currently developing her interests on the benefits on aromatherapy in pregnancy. Joan focuses upon the clients physical and emotional needs to provide prespoke treatments. She believes her rich life experiences have equipped her with a positive insight in to the needs of others.

Robert Ogle
BA Hons, PGCE, Dip PT. qualified in Sports Therapy, Deep tissue, Moroccan and Swedish massage, Robert’s specialized in pre-& post-natal work.

Robert is a languages teacher at one of the area's leading public schools and recently he decided to add several strings to his bow by doing the Premier International course in Personal Training and Sports Massage therapy. Robert now specializes in remedial sports therapy, Deep Tissue and Swedish massages. He has attended a course in Marrakech and now offers Moroccan massage, using Aragan oil! He will soon be offering Indian Head Massage at one addison.

Neil Carpenter
ITEC qualified Sports therapist and also qualified in Deep tissue and body massage.

Neil qualified in 2004 for Swedish massage and uses this as a stopping stone to get into the field of sports and remedial massage therapy. Neil qualified at NLSSM one of the leading sports and remedial massage colleges in the UK and is a member of the ISRM and the SMA. He has built up a good client base over the last few years and is often in demand at sporting events across the country, some of his clients include, commonwealth silver medal judo player premiership referee, Mackinnon combat jujitsu squad as well as many other sporting and non sporting people. Neil uses traditional massage techniques combined with the latest scientific methods such as Active Isolated Stretch, Neuromuscular technique, muscle energy technique etc. These methods help to ensure that the physical benefits last longer than an ordinary massage. Remember you don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from Sports massage.

Laura Piercy Farley
Qualified yoga teacher. She has undertaken a four-year diploma course with the British Wheel of Yoga to qualify to teach Hatha yoga.

Hatha yoga is a slow paced yoga that includes postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. The benefits are improved strength and flexibility, together with breathing and relaxation to aid stress and anxiety relief. Hatha Yoga is beneficial for anyone regardless of age, sex, fitness and health. Sessions will be specifically customised to meet the needs of the individual or small group.

Leigh Blyth
Qualified Shiatsu Practitioner and Tai-Chi teacher.

Leigh has studied of martial arts since 1991 which evolved into a fascination with movement, health and energy. After studying Tai Chi and experiencing the extraordinary health benefits it brings, he wanted to learn how to share these benefits with others. This led him to study Shiatsu a comprehensive bodywork system with the same underlying theory as Tai Chi. From Shiatsu, Leigh has continued to deepen and widen his understanding of health and disease. Studying Amastu a traditional Japanese healing system and Chi Nei Tsang, an old Taoist abdominal massage system. Leigh is particularly interested in the link between mind and body treatments and has studied Psychotherapy and NLP. Working with athletes from Masters Academy including a couple of British Champions and at an addiction treatment charity for over 2 years has given him a broad range of experience.

Ruth Perron
Dip.D.Y (T) Eu.Dip.Psych. qualified Yoga therapist and counsellor.

has been a practitioner of yoga for 25 years and teaching for the last ten. Ruth is trained in traditional Hatha yoga and yoga therapy. She is a sensitive and experienced teacher, teaching in health clubs and sports centres in London and Essex areas. Ruth also holds a European diploma in therapeutic counselling (Eu.Dip TC Psych.) Ruth’s motivation and enthusiasm for yoga is apparent. She continues her study of this ancient art, and regularly attends and also teaches at teacher’s workshops, seminars and retreats.

Ruth’s eclectic style of yoga is a synthesis of traditional and modern techniques, and a one to one session is intuitively tailored for the client’s needs. In a one to one session, one can benefit from working on a variety of specific conditions such as weak and aching back, stress, tension, depression, PMT and gynaecological problems, asthma and insomnia. Ruth is also experienced in teaching pregnancy yoga.

Ruth believes yoga is rapidly making a mark as one of the most effective anti-dotes to the stress of modern living, allowing us to find more peace, balance and harmony in our lives.
